The state of Chiapa is located in the southwest of Mexico and is the main coffee producer in the country, its production represents 43.3%. Motozintla is one of the 124 municipalities that make up the State, it is located in the Sierra Madre region of Chiapas. This geographical area is characterized by its high mountains including dry jungles, dense forests, pine-oak forests and cloud forests. Soils of volcanic origin predominate, shallow soils, luvisol with abundant organic matter in certain regions. The climate is warm humid, warm subhumid and temperate humid with rain in summer. Motozintla represents the first place in the state's coffee production ranking with an average of 42,525.60 Ton (cherry coffee) and its production is destined for the foreign market. The soil conditions favor the good development of the crop and it is possible to obtain cups with good flavor notes.

The project begins in 2019 offering solutions in the nutritional field in coffee crops with producers in the Motozintla region, Chiapas, Mexico. With the objectives of increasing yields per unit of production and improving the physical and sensory qualities of the coffee lots.

In 2020 we established our wet mill in the town of Rosario where year after year we look for solutions and implement new methodologies for coffee processing with the main objective of obtaining batches of coffee with game and fruity profiles.

Special and extraordinary coffees are not the product of chance
